Where the company stands
Huitzo is bootstrapped and pre-seed. Huitzo Solutions LLC received one $3,000 payment for a consulting project. It was a one-time payment, not recurring revenue or platform ARR. Huitzo Inc has zero paying product customers today. Fundraising is paused as an active campaign.
Preparation work continues, but public outreach does not describe Huitzo as actively raising. To follow progress or request current materials, email the founder directly.

Most AI assurance tools watch from outside. They can tell you what crossed the wire. Huitzo is the runtime your AI applications actually run on, so the evidence of what happened is produced by the execution itself.
We believe the industry needs a clear, graded standard for how AI is operated: verifiable levels of assurance an organization can climb, from basic execution logging to fully provable, boundary-enforced AI operation. Huitzo is building toward publishing that standard openly, with our own platform as its reference implementation. The first public draft is live: read the specification (v0.1).

Palantir is too expensive for the mid-market, open source is too complex, and large cloud platforms deepen the vendor lock-in the buyer is trying to escape.

- Structural
Across every regulated vertical the buyer pain is identical: we cannot send our data out, and we cannot afford a 12-18 month internal build. That pain is a procurement requirement, not a preference: the category is being legislated into existence.
- Open seat
A wave of AI governance and assurance tools shipped in 2025-26, and all of them observe AI from outside the execution. The execution-runtime seat in that category is still open. That is the seat Huitzo occupies.

Where we actually are

- Huitzo Solutions LLC received one $3,000 payment for a consulting project. It was a one-time payment, and we have no recurring revenue. Huitzo Inc. has zero paying product customers today. We have a signed consulting-company partner in Mexico and are building an industry-specific application together before trying to sell it.
We publish our limits on purpose. The Trust Manifesto carries a standing "what we don't have yet" section, because a company selling proof should not market itself on omission.
Section 5: TEAM
Who is behind it
Huitzo is founder-led. Ernesto Sola-Thomas (Founder & CEO) is an enterprise infrastructure practitioner who works on large-scale production software; he wrote the platform and leads every customer engagement. He currently expects to go full time on Huitzo around October 2026, but that remains a target rather than a final decision. Benjamin Ben-Dov Kuperman is co-founder and President. Alejandro Patiño advises the company. His planned equity grant remains pending and unsigned.
