    Build the Pack

    You encode the domain workflow once, in Python, for your own market.

    Publish it

    The Pack goes on the Huitzo marketplace, or into your client's own environment, ready to run.

    Your client runs it, and pays

    It runs in their environment or their isolated tenant. On the marketplace they pay per execution, at the price you set.

    Extend it to the next client

    The same Pack, configured again, without Huitzo implementing it.

Section 3: SECURITY

Security

You choose where it runs. Self-hosted, your data never leaves your environment: not in transit, not in processing, not in logs.

On the hosted marketplace, your Pack, its data and its evidence live in your isolated tenant; the only thing that leaves it is the bounded model call, to the provider you chose, and we never train on your data. We tell every buyer which mode they are getting, where the model calls go, and what leaves the tenant, before they sign.

Python owns the decisions, AI augments where it adds value, and the runtime proves what ran. That is what gets a regulated client's auditor to yes.

Deterministic means the control flow is fixed and testable: the same input runs the same coded path every time, each AI step is bounded, versioned and measured, and the runtime records what ran. Not certainty of output; reproducibility of process.

Who owns the Pack?

You do. The Pack, the client relationship and the price are yours. Huitzo owns the runtime, the marketplace rails and the execution evidence.

Who sets the price?

You do. The partner sets the Pack's price for its own client, within the marketplace's listing limits.

What does Huitzo charge?

A platform fee per settled execution. The terms are shared in a working session; there is no published number yet.
